]]> Brewdog is a young scottish brewery reputed for being crazy. After the 32% Tactical Nuclear Pinguin, one of their last madness is this Sink the Bismarck which holds with 41% alcohol the record for the world’s strongest beer. They achieve this using a special technique that consists of freezing the batch after fermenting a normal beer and tapping the non-frozen beer (that mostly contains alcohol).

They might look like mad people, but I can guaranty you that they brew amazing beers such as the Punk IPA or the 5a.m. Saint which is my personal favorite.
